We are on the hunt for a studio/ecommerce assistant in our Paddington residence. Poppie Pack is a boutique creative producing large format “Epic Prints” framed and unframed, shipping to customers all over the world. You’ll work closely with Poppie, as well as having an autonomous role that allows you to expand your skills and experience.

We take orders from all around the world and manage these orders from our Paddington space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for logistics and studio management. You’ll be a savvy and keen creative looking to grow your skills in a generalist role 2 days a week.

PREREQUISITES:

• You’ll have your full Australian Drivers Licence
• Be proficient in Adobe creative suite
• Have an interest in design, art and photography
• The ability to follow a brief and align styling to our well-honed brand
• Well rounded knowledge of social media platforms, specifically Instagram and TikTok

YOUR TASKS:

• Ecommerce management – managing orders on Shopify
• Logistics – Packing of unframed prints and managing framing logistics worldwide
• Photography – Shooting everyday content filmed in the studio, and installations around Sydney
• Social Media – Creating engaging content and keeping stories fresh and exciting
